Manual Lymphatic Drainage is part of the Lymphoedema Management Program but has many benefits for other conditions. This advanced massage technique has a slow and rhythmical movement and is very light and gentle. This is designed to enhance Lymph flow and redirect Lymph back into the cardio vascular system.  In lymphoedema patients many require help with the redirection and movement of lymphatic fluid if the lymphatic system has been compromised. This treatment is also beneficial to clients that have sustained any injuries or surgeries that have substantial amounts of swelling, by clearing this swelling it can allow the area to heal more quickly. This treatment can also enhance your immune system and relief stress and Anxiety.
